• Kitchen/ dining room    (approx. 54 sq. m.)   full size gas cooker, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Plenty of cupboards and worktops. There is a wood burning stove in the dining area. Stairs to 1st floor. Double glass doors leading to the rear garden.

• Lounge      A light airy room with comfortable seating, flatscreen TV with free to view satellite connection, DVD player and a radio/CD player. Double doors leading to a patio and front garden.

FIRST FLOOR

• Bedroom 1      King-size bed, fitted cupboard, overlooking front garden.

• Bedroom 2     Double bed, lots of hanging space. En-suite shower, WC and vanity unit. Overlooking rear garden and fish pond.

• Bedroom 3     Twin beds, double wardrobe. Facing the front garden.

• Bathroom      Shower, WC and vanity unit.

There is also a utility room with a washing machine, ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc.
All bed linen, towels, tea towels and pool towels are provided.
