Rates shown are for the property per week. Bookings are from Saturday (4 pm) to Saturday (11 am) Payment Terms: 25% deposit on booking with balance due 6 weeks before start of holiday. A £100 security deposit/bond will be requested on your arrival. This will normally be returned to you within 14 days of your departure. Gril Booking
Terms & Conditions 1.
The “Property” known as “Canto Gril” is offered for holiday rental
to the “Client” subject to confirmation by the “Owners”, Mr and
Mrs Clive Hammond or their authorised agent. 2.
To reserve the “Property” the “Client” should complete and sign
the booking form and return it together with payment of the initial
non-refundable deposit (25% of the total rent due). Following receipt of
the booking form and deposit, the “Owners” or their authorised agent
will send a confirmation Invoice and Statement. This is the formal
acceptance of the booking. 3.
The balance of the Rent is payable within 6 weeks before the start of the
rental period. If payment is not received by due date, the “Owners” or
their authorised agent reserve the right to notify the "Client"
either by telephone or by mail that the reservation is cancelled. 4.
The “Client” is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel
insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for
the party’s personal belongings, public liability, accidents during the
holiday period etc., since these are not covered by the “Owner’s”
insurance. 5.
The rental period shall commence at 4 pm on the first day and end at 11 am
on the last day; rentals are normally from Saturday to Saturday, unless
otherwise agreed by both parties. The “Owners” shall not be obliged to
offer the accommodation before the time stated and the “Client” shall
not be entitled to remain in occupation after time stated unless agreed by
both parties. 6.
The maximum number of people to reside in the “Property” must not
exceed six unless the “Owners” have given prior permission. 7. The "Client" agrees to be a considerate tenant, take good care of the "Property", and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. The "Owners" reserve the right to make a charge to cover cleaning costs if the "Client " leaves the "Property" in an unacceptable condition. 8.
The “Owners” shall not be liable to the “Client” for any temporary
defects or stoppage in the supply of public services to the
“Property”; any loss, damage or injury which is a result of adverse
weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or other matters beyond the control
of the “Owners”. 9.
SWIMMING POOL Children
may not enter the swimming pool area unless they are attended by an adult
at all times. Toys with sharp or pointed parts may not be used in the
pool. Electrical items must not be taken into the pool area. The
“Owners” have taken necessary safety and precautionary measures as
required by French law. The “Owners” therefore will not be responsible
for any mishaps however caused (see para 4). Diving is not
permitted in the pool. Notes: All efforts are made to depict Canto Gril as it is, however, the owner reserves the right to make changes to facilities without prior notice as deemed necessary to maintain the standard of the accommodation. You
are advised to take out travel/medical insurance to cover your stay and take a
"European Health Insurance Card" or EHIC with you.
